HORRIBLE- went in to redeem gift certificate bought as a graduation present and it was refused. NO expiration date on our certificate at all but was told it was over a year old and would not honor it Very bad customer service.
Absolutely amazing service and creativity! Couldn't ask for a better company to handle designing and making the shirts I've had made!
