There was 2 nurses that was absolutely amazing, The blonde younger nurse and the black nurse. But the director Brandy and some of the other staff had bad attitudes and treated the patients so rude and hostile. Had to guest dose and got treated like I didn't even matter it was all about the kokomo patients. No one cared that I had a job and had to be in and out of there too. Felt like a 2nd class citizen there. I WOULD NEVER GO BACK
This entire staff treats us like human beings and I appreciate that, thank u for everything you’ve done for me this past month
Let me start this review off by saying this clinic is a joke There was an accident at our clinic So everyone for the past five weeks has been sent here every day. They have made us wait hours standing in the cold while they let their own clients cut in front of us even after they get there after us we’re all adults we all have jobs. it should’ve been on a first First serve basis Then they’ll say your insurance doesn’t work and there’s nothing they can do about it because of medicade so then they’ll charge you thousands of do... read more
Be advised , is a decent clinic. But due to an unexpected closure of Marion’s clinic, thousands of patients are currently displaced, and will be for the foreseeable future, so wait times will be increased. This is not necessarily KTS fault. They’re doing the best they can with the situation they’ve been dealt. I recommend that if you can wait til 9am to dose , that would most likely greatly reduce your wait times! Stay safe yall!
Good place to go and get help. Nice people as long as you follow the rules
