I have serious concerns about this facility and the way patient safety concerns have been handled. I became aware of concerns involving an employee and a current patient, as well as concerns about the employee’s previous employment at another treatment facility. I am extremely concerned that an employee who has access to sensitive patient information is trying to be currently involved in a relationship with a patient receiving treatment at this facility. I have good experience with everything but they need to have 2 nurses there most of the day at least for the morning rush from 5 to 7 am other than that I'm in a pretty good groove everyone that's over at the Kokomo office seems to be smoothing out since they got the new patients after Marion accident....I think Brandi doing a good job considering all that's on her plate....appreciate her and all the things she does and she's never ignored me or my problems and it's always clean and feels safe.... This place saved my life. The staff is great. There is no judgement from anyone here. The clinic coordinator gets things done for anything and everything. And if she says she will do something,she will definitely do it.My counselor is the Amazing. Felicia AKA Mickey is the best.
