This had been the absolute best dentist office for my daughter. She has some complex medical issues and they always check in with me and her doctors to make sure everyone is on the same page. They have taken excellent care to make sure her and I are comfortable with everything they do in office. We couldn't be more pleased to have chosen such great people to care for her teeth.
Worst scheduling process!!!!! Rude employees
To begin, I want to start off by saying thank you to every nurse, tech, dentist, or person my 4 year old son and I have met while here. Not only are the staff some of the friendliest and most caring people I have ever met, but the flow of people coming in and out are very kind too. I have said hello and made compliments to various people who where leaving or coming in and have always gotten nothing but kinds remarks back, and that goes to show that the kindness the employees show here is contagious. I want to express my dissatisfaction regarding my getting a appointment at your office. Unfortunately, we were unable to attend due to unforeseen circumstances, and we didn’t have a specific date to reschedule. When I attempted to reschedule within a month, I was informed that your scheduling policy denied us the opportunity. This is unacceptable, especially considering the limited availability of pediatric dentists. Life happens, and my son is now suffering from a cavity because of this policy.
