This place is absolutely OUSTANDING. My daughter has the same issues I always had as a kid, so the dentist has always been a sore topic and somewhere she wants nothing to do with. When we were referred to Kokomo Pediatric Dentistry, I had heard really good things but our visits have been over the top amazing. We had an absolutely amazing experience today. My daughter has sensory issues and has had traumatic experiences with a previous dentist, especially involving fillings and shots, so I was extremely nervous bringing her in. From the moment we arrived, the dentist(Dr.Lucy) was tender, compassionate, patient, and so friendly. She took the time to build trust with my daughter first and made sure she felt safe and comfortable the entire visit. This office is a trainwreck. It’s negative from the moment they let you walk in- yes “let you” walk in, they send you a text upon arrival while you sit in the parking lot to say when it’s okay for you to come in. Then the office staff are not “people persons”, especially the office manager- she is extremely rude- hope you don’t have an encounter with her! I can’t speak highly enough of Dr. Beadle and his staff. They go above and beyond to make you and your children at ease about going to the dentist. My first encounter with Dr. Beadle was when my son had to go under general anesthesia for a tooth reconstructive surgery and fillings. I was beyond scared, with my son only being 2 and having to be put under, but he eased my nerves. Just by reassuring me that he was going to take care of my baby.
