I owned a honda in the passed.
I took my bike there for service last year and it was great. This year I went in to get information about ordering a new chain for my bike. Talked to Rene. She gave me the information and told me to call her when I was ready to order my chain. A week went by and I called and spoke to her and ordered the chain. Rene told me that the chain will be in on Thursday and she will call me then to setup an appointment to put it on with regular maintenance. Thursday comes and goes with no call from her. I have had my bike serviced and repaired by them a few different times and have always been extremely happy with their work. 9/10 the turn around on repairs or upgrades was quick, the staff was very helpful and friendly, offered to provide transport to their shop so I could pick my bike up and even picked my bike up from my home to take in for repairs. I would recommend them to anyone and plan on continuing to return to them for my repair/upgrade needs.
