This place is great so friendly
I like Courtney as an eye doctor, but the company and front office staff are something else. I received multiple texts and phone calls on the day of my appointment and they even called my emergency contact all to "confirm" my appointment. I was at work and unable to respond to their phone calls. I did try to text back and confirm, but was informed that because it was less than 24 hours away that I would need to call the office. On my first visit they did a very through job, and a week later I picked up my glasses and they made sure that they fit perfect asked if I had any questions and also let me know that if anything came up with my glasses to call them and they would get me in right away to fix the issue.
