Barber will lie and cancel the day of, told me he had to go to fishers by 3 and was still at the shop at 2:30 for a basketball game, fishers is a 50 minute drive from here.
Called to make appointment, barber mentioned that he’s with a client and told me to “just book online”. I apologized and asked him to call me when he’s not busy, then he immediately hung up on me. Very unprofessional and rude. Would not suggest this place to anyone I know. If You’re working in the service industry, learn how to treat your customers. Terrible experience
