Fantastic response from Kokoda Caravans in Campbellfield Vic. Very helpful with our van and responsive to us. Also Eloise Bonnici was an absolute pleasure to deal with and made us feel valued as Kokoda customers.
Just don’t. Bought one four years ago, now discovering they used odd, non-industry standard window blinds that were garbage but they “can’t find the records” of our van’s specs. Been hung up on by their ‘aftersales’ consultant after being told off as he ‘wasn’t working here back then’ etc etc. Just don’t do it. Buy any of the old, well known, trusted brands that keep records of their products and use quality, easily replaced parts.
