Das Zimmer ist dreckig, die Vorhänge sind zerrissen, es hängt alte Unterwäsche im Schrank, das Bad hat Abdrücke von Dreck?, es sind etliche Kakerlaken unter den Schränken. Der Kundenservice hat erst 3 Tage nach Kontaktaufnahme reagiert und keine zufriedenstellend Lösung mitgebracht.
Nice pool, parking, BBQ zone.
It’s in a central area but the place was so grimey and gross. The staff seems to not care. Place was dirty. Dishes and kitchen had oil everywhere. Hair on bed and tables.
Was comfortable for a budget hotel, this is not an expensive 5 star. Clean and comfortable
The penthouse has to be the most outdated and dirtiest place in Waikiki Dirty furniture and carpet and decor hasn't been changed since 1985. Absolutely disgusting, stay away. If I could give 0 stars I would.
