The owner is very nice and does a great job! She cuts them short and shapes them just how I like. And I do like their color selections.
Not the best experience, was charged for a manicure I did not receive $60 for a regular pedicure, gel removal and nails clipped down to stubs with no polish (Also I handed her $20 thinking she would give me change for tip and she put it in her pocket, I was shocked) Would NOT recommend
This place is under new ownership I think as of May/June 2024 and I have to say I like it much better now ! Lindsey is my new manicurist and she does a beautiful job and gets you in and out quick!, plus I can actually hold a conversation with her an added bonus! The prices are very fair too! I am glad I decided to stay with koko nails!
