Clean club, friendly and knowledgeable staff. First club I've stuck with consistently. Motivating workout plan. And no mirrors! :-)

Best model for a workout. Great gym & wonderful coaches! The feeling is always want to come back for my next workout.
Absolutely an awesome place! Recently got back into the workout thing and have been going strong for a couple months. Workout programs are simple to follow and extremely efficient; 30 mins for strength and 15 mins for cardio. I have definitely noticed a difference in my body and shedding some extra pounds. Does not get any better and the staff rocks!
