I am on the 6 week challenge. I love how the staff is so positive and help keep you motivated. Everything is made easy from the meal plans and machines. I love how their is always someone available to answer questions. Best gym I have ever been too.

Just starting 6 week challenge - 1 week in and I love the program. Great trainers, terrific energy, fabulous interactive machines that make workouts fun and engaging and excellent diet and nutrition support! This is really the whole package!
This place feels like home. Everyone is super nice, helpful, spunky and fun. I love ❤️ it. I haven’t been to a gym in over 5 years because of horrible experiences in the past. I was extremely hesitant about coming here but found myself drawn to the 6 wk challenge along with their nutritional program and one on one training. So far 1 week in 5 lb down and am loving the fun. Doesn’t feel the least bit like exercise.

I love that the best workout is planned for me. Takes the guess work out of it. This is a great place with friendly, knowledgeable and fun staff.
I joined the six week challenge and so far it been great. I love that I am being guided on a customized plan that going to work and be most beneficial for me. This membership is one that I will stick with beyond me losing the weight.
