Great spot to get your workout on! Always had an issue with not knowing what to do when I got to the gym, not a problem anymore. Having all the workouts show up on a screen works great! They have stretch bands and other items you can use to suplelment your workout. Staff is great. Typically pretty quiet besides the 5-6pm rush time. 45 minutes and you have a complete workout. This is the gym for me! I always liked circuit training, and they do it with a twist. Instead of going to lots of different machines, you stay on one crazy huge machine the whole time. You get a good, well-rounded workout in 30 minutes before grabbing a treadmill or elliptical. It's perfect for the technology geek in all of us, too.
