Small dingy dirty. Customer service sucked even for a togo order. First and last time. Eww

The poorís were excessively drenched in oil, to the point that they felt heavy and greasy rather than light and crisp as they should be. It seemed like they were pulled straight out of oil without proper draining. The aloo masala was equally underwhelming—it was mostly an onion-based gravy with just a few shreds of potato thrown in. This is basic comfort food done poorly.

Clearly the cook has never seen what a thepla is. I am not expecting uber authentic experience, but all they made was a ultra greasy thin 'rumali roti'.

We ordered food from Kokila’s kitchen for a party and had a positive experience. Food tasted great and they incorporated spice levels, etc. as per the order. They were also punctual and food was fresh and warm.

The idlies themselves are impressively light and fluffy, with just enough firmness to hold their shape but give way softly under the fork. They have a gentle mild fermented aroma typical of well-made South Indian idly — subtle, welcoming.
