Dr, K and TMS has saved my life more than once. I’ve been with him for over 20 years.
I love talking with Dr. K. He goes out of his way to make sure you’re heard and that treatment is tailored just for you. Talking with him always gives me hope.
Dr. Koithan is a very kind and caring Psychiatrist. I'm so grateful to be a patient under his care. Great Administrative Assistant too.
It took me a while to get an appointment with the doctor, he was over a month booked, the lady at the front office said she will confirm if the day I chose work for him or not, turned out she confirmed the appointment except she never called me back, and also apparently they sent me out the text reminder, that I in fact never received. Went ahead and scheduled with a different doctor in Ames. One day to my surprise I get in the mail a $200 “no-show” bill from them??
