Always helpful staff and wonderful visits.
The social workers here love their job and the people they work with. They go above and beyond for their resource families and they are always there when you need them. If you are on the fence about becoming a foster parent, I can tell you, it was the best decision I've made.
HORRIBLE!!!! I called them as one of the entries on a list of charities to donate to, and the lady who answers their phone was very rude and curt. She kept interrupting me, cutting me off, and assuming she knew what I was talking about, though she clearly didn't have a clue. The second time I called I simply asked if they, "have a department or person that handles taking in donations", and she said she would have to put me on hold to get me a number to their corporate office. What a waste!!!!
