They are truly uneducated and neglectful. You don't need to experience hostile. Passive aggression from people that don't really care about you. Just so that they can get paid. During my time here, I was yelled at controlled, I was not allowed to do self soothing coping mechanisms like crocheting reading and was forced to have bible time, which I don't even believe in that it's truly unjustified.
