Saturday was my first experience with a piercing studio. I was beyond impressed with Koi. We were immediately greeted when we walked in. The jewelry consultant was very friendly and made me feel comfortable and welcome and explained all my options for jewelry. She was amazingly beautiful I wish I remembered her name. My piercer Patrick was professional and clean and put my nerves at ease. They call the piercers "needle ninjas" on their website for very good reason.
