Very good pedicure. My only suggestion would be that they should have televisions with programs in English. The televisions should be for the benefit of customers, not employees.
What an exceptional experience today! First time to Koi and I will definitely recommend and return. Massage chair, lovely relaxing pedicure. The ladies are all so sweet. Highly recommend this shop.
Horrible service told them my nail was crooked asked them when I got there if they could do a certain design had me sit down for my appointment that started at 11 but they didn't start till 11:30 didn't do the design then put me in a chair for my nails told them it was crooked and then threw the emery board at me told me to shape the nails and then i left without them done 3 hrs later
Nails were terrible and lumpy
