Nails were uneven in length, i had polish all over my toes. and they were crooked. I’ve been here many times before and never experienced something so bad. they lost a good paying customer.

today was the worst experience I’ve had with KOI ever ! I am a regular here and I did not feel like it. I made an appointment for a specific tech at 515. I arrived at 522. that is 7 minutes. I did not receive a phone call/text asking am I on the way or anything. Once I arrived literally 6 to 7 minutes late, I was told my tech took another customer because I was “late” there is no late policy stated. Any other place would call to make sure you are coming.
