I went here due to the reviews and its next door to the vape shop I always visit. The reviews and photos of nails done show some quality work so I was excited to try them out.... Lord was I wrong 10 fold about this place. Let's start from the beginning- 30 minute wait, but its not big deal as i had no appointment. Love this place
I’ve been going to koi since I moved to the area. Unfortunately I will not return. One of the males scrubbed the side of my foot so hard it bled. I went back a few weeks later to give it another try and a lady burnt my legs with water and said “oh haha sorry!” I didn’t respond and she said “I said sorry!”… On top of that right before she took skin from my foot and put it on my leg and laughed.
