I’ve been going to koi since I moved to the area. Unfortunately I will not return. One of the males scrubbed the side of my foot so hard it bled. I went back a few weeks later to give it another try and a lady burnt my legs with water and said “oh haha sorry!” I didn’t respond and she said “I said sorry!”… On top of that right before she took skin from my foot and put it on my leg and laughed. I went in today to have acrylics removed that I had done there 3 weeks ago. Instead of soaking them off, the lady tried prying them off. She managed to get one off of my pinky. I told her it hurt and she kept trying and then cut some of it off, then finally went to get acetone to soak and instead of just leaving them in for 10 or so minutes she kept pulling them out to drilled off then back in to soak and so on. Always get good service. Another great visit! Nothing fancy, but I’m always delighted with the outcome. Thank you Dan for the special treatment! 8/26 Another great visit! So glad to see Ann back for my nails, even though Dan has taken excellent care of me. Jimmy did my pedicure today also. He is amazing! You can’t go wrong with Koi nails. Again nothing fancy, but always happy! 3/19/26 back again for a much needed pedicure plus a new manicure. Dan always fixes me up beautifully. Always recommend Koi Nails!!
