How convenient for you that you think we have the wrong salon! My Mum was definitely told not to return as the young hair stylist was feeling "uncomfortable" around her. Perhaps you should be more loyal and respectful to your clients and also stop overcharging for colours. Your prices for the area are so overpriced and you and your staff are unfriendly and at times cold.
banned my mother for *literally no reason*. She was polite, respectful, and they even acted nice to her — then suddenly decided she wasn’t welcome anymore? Extremely unprofessional and fake behavior. If this is how they treat kind clients, imagine what they’d do to someone who actually complains. Avoid.
Jo truly took the time to listen to what I wanted while offering expert advice. My hair has never looked or felt better! If you’re looking for a stylist who is professional, kind, and exceptionally skilled, look no further. I highly recommend Jo she is truly amazing. Love my hair. Best restyle (haircut)!!!!
Amazing!! Great to meet Jo and get her expert help with my hair. The cut and style is perfect- I feel I have some shape again. We discussed products but she didn’t push me to purchase anything ( I did! And I’m happy! ) Booking online is so easy and she gave me a guide if when to rebook - not 6 weeks exactly as some salons say. My first experience at Koi was wonderful- I’ve found my new hairdresser, and am recommending others to go there too. Thanks Jo and team xx Regina
