I loved this salon! I desperately need a last minute colour before leaving the country & thankfully when I called there had been a cancellation & they were able to fit me in. Layla did a fantastic job with my colour using Natulique, an organic hair colour brand. The team were friendly & helpful & I noticed a lot of happy regulars coming in. They focus on doing a good job & a high level of customer service over constant social media self-promotion which I personally find to be more authentic. How convenient for you that you think we have the wrong salon! My Mum was definitely told not to return as the young hair stylist was feeling "uncomfortable" around her. Perhaps you should be more loyal and respectful to your clients and also stop overcharging for colours. Your prices for the area are so overpriced and you and your staff are unfriendly and at times cold.

banned my mother for *literally no reason*. She was polite, respectful, and they even acted nice to her — then suddenly decided she wasn’t welcome anymore? Extremely unprofessional and fake behavior. If this is how they treat kind clients, imagine what they’d do to someone who actually complains. Avoid.
