If they just go back and perfect their basics, I would give them 5 stars, but honestly the menu and the quality/consistency of the food is all over the place. They charge fancy dining prices, but don't provide a fancy dining experience... example: a lot of the "new" "modern" dim-sum items lack both flavor and creativity while demanding a premium price... some days the hargow are great and some days they're soggy or the filling tastes kinda off. Koi! Go back and perfect your basics!

The food is good, it is very comparable to the one in daly city. I tried the bbq bun there and they make it a bit differnet which is really tasty. The walnut shrimp has a greasy taste and i did not like it. Over good place to go if you want to avoid the crowd over in daly city. They forgot two of our orders sonthat need improvement. The dimsum is pricey tho. But we do order alot.
Waited for 50 minutes and when I asked for the delay, they found out that the waiter forgot our order. Will never go back. It's actually ZERO star
Been dining here for the last 5 years whether lunch dimsum or dinner its just very good food. The staff are very nice and courteous. Highly recomended. I dont mind the wait because you know you are getting the best. Same with the sister company in Daly City.
Not fair for the waiting list, we wait for an hour!
