Bulgogi burrito is amazing! 10/10 :)
I used to visit the food truck next to Fred Meyer on Burnside, which offers Korean fusion Mexican cuisine. It was a great spot that provides soul-nourishing comfort.
Love this place and try and come here when I'm in town, but this is the third time I've come here and Google says it's open but it's actually closed. Be very careful going across the city hoping that it's open.
Interesting fusion options. Had the tacos & quesadilla. Not a big fan. Perhaps burrito or bowls are better options.
This is a pretty solid, dependable Korean fusion cart, though I've only had the Tofu Burrito so can only comment on that item. It has a nice proportion of tofu, rice, and other ingredients and tastes fresh and healthy. If that's what you're craving, this place will satisfy it. Their buzzers work, and it doesn't take too long. The only thing that could improve is that they have kind of variable hours, not always consistent, but that's pretty common with food carts.
