Overall experience was amazing!!! Food was delicious and the smell had me slobering. Also john dillard maybe you shouldve had the veggies!!! Greens are good for you afterall!!! Unless your just a person who eats just to eat and not to savour the delectable taste! Anyways amazing work and the lady at the cashiers is also amazing!!! Keep up the good work!🩹
The worst experience I’ve ever had with koi express The girl that took my order at the food truck was extremely rude. They overcooked my steak and my steak had hard gristle in it. The vegetables had tons of water in it, and the California rolls, tasted funny. It was very hard to eat
Drove 25 minutes and spent over $30 on two entrees. Told the lady twice at the window no vegetables and just extra rice, said it again when I went back up to get the food. Got our food home and there was nothing but vegetables in both entrees. & by vegetables I mean 2 cups of onions, 1 sliver of a carrot, and 2 pieces of broccoli. I think I’m going to dispute the charge with my bank because I did not get what I ordered after driving 25 minutes after a 10 hour shift. Very disappointed and honestly mad.
