First time I ever felt I had to leave a review anywhere. Went to buy over $550 worth of parts today and the parking lot was completely full. I could only park at the back of the store. Some old grump KOI employee (short, balding with white hair) came up slapping my truck saying this is a private lot and I couldn’t park there. Told him the front of the lot was full and I was getting ready to walk-in and buy over $550 worth of parts. He said “bye, and he didn’t care”.
