I just got off the phone with Chris I just want to say that I hope that every employee is as genuinely nice and helpful as he just was and just talk to me as a human because a lot of times anymore it feels as if you're talking to an AI person when you call places to try to ask people for questions and it's just emotionless and uncaring.
