A few weeks ago, I called KOI and inquired about a CATALYTIC CONVERTER fir a 2020 Chevy Trax. I spoke with Matt, who was very helpful. I told him that I would come to him in ywo days when I got paid. I returned to the store two days later and met with Matt, who remembered our conversation about the CC. He was very helpful and caring.
