KRG was very easy to work with while we were renting from them. There were no convenience fees in their tenant portal, it was easy to request & receive maintenance, and it was very easy to get in contact with them via phone or in person. They were very accommodating during a tenant situation we had. & finally they were very fair in their security deposit deductions, deducting $70 in total after 1 year for blinds that we admittedly did break.

I’ve rented with several rental companies around OSU campus and KRG is by far my favorite. They were super flexible, letting me move in early and always promptly answered my questions or concerns. When I moved in to my apartment, we weren’t satisfied with the flooring and they immediately set up a time to install all new flooring at no charge which was super great. Loved the keyless entry and how they included amazon lockers in my complex. The maintenance guys are also very nice. Highly recommend!!

I rented with KRG for over four years. They had everything I needed as a student. I lived in an affordable townhome with prompt maintenance and simple leasing terms. The apartments and townhomes may not be the fanciest (they tend to be on the older side). Yet, the location was great, rents stayed relatively stable, and the office was always very accommodating. I have, and will continue to recommend their apartments to others looking for the same qualities in their rentals.
