Called several times , never got answer. Finally someone answered and asked if I could hold, after 10 minutes on hold I finally hung up and gave up. Not being nasty but this was my experience.
I called them the day before Independence Day got the quote got the car towed to them they had it back to me by middle of the week. Had a quick issue with it they fixed it right away and have had no issues since. Thank you Tony and Virginia
The staff at Kohout's are friendly and listen to your needs. It was really easy to make an appointment and the service was faster than expected. I had been trying to get a proper alignment for almost five years from other places but they fixed it in one go and it's perfect.
I had work done on my vehicle, it got done. When I picked it up there were more problems than when I brought it in. It had never had an electrical problem until I picked it up. The battery looked old. It wasn’t when I dropped I off. It wouldn’t start when I picked it up. The owner jumped it. He was fine but the mechanic that did the work was completely untrustworthy. I’m positive the battery was switched and the airbag wires have been messed with. I highly recommend bringing your vehicle elsewhere.
