I worked with Aleta to find and buy my very first home, in a state I'm moving to for the first time. I had to do everything from multiple states away, but Aleta never made me feel like a stranger. She was so kind and communicative, always keeping me in the loop, and she never made me feel like any question was silly or any request was small. It's my first and only home buying experience, and I can't imagine a more positive one. So grateful to Aleta and her team!

Called wanting to just look at a new listing and Stacie was very rude over the phone and completely refused to show the property without a pre approval. Talked with another realtor who is with a different company and she will be showing us the property and I also mentioned to her how we were treated poorly and was refused a showing because we didn’t have the approval papers (we are approved) and she said that it was very unprofessional. We were trying to get a house for rent instead of being in an apartment. Kohlrus had properties available and we went to look at a couple of them. Found one we liked, and was told it would be put on hold for us. Due to medical emergency on the realtor’s part, we waited almost three weeks just to be told after ignored phone calls and a visit to the office that the house had already been rented out. This is unprofessional and we won’t be going through them again.
