Called wanting to just look at a new listing and Stacie was very rude over the phone and completely refused to show the property without a pre approval. Talked with another realtor who is with a different company and she will be showing us the property and I also mentioned to her how we were treated poorly and was refused a showing because we didn’t have the approval papers (we are approved) and she said that it was very unprofessional.
