Very positive experience with the treatment of my kids
Received great treatment and was very attentive to my issues. Would highly recommend.
Dr Dang and her staff are excellent, very kind and caring.
Dr. Neeta Dang is excellent, but the lack of care from her nursing staff is concerning which is why this place is getting only 3 stars. I've had to call the office MULTIPLE TIMES just to get ONE question answered and they still haven't completed my request. The customer service from the nurses has been the worst I've ever experienced, making me seriously consider switching to another ENT. If they don't want to do their jobs, then maybe they shouldn't be working!
