This review is for Kevin who was my masseuse. It’s the first massage I’ve had where lower body wasn’t forced and he did amazing techniques on my upper body.
The absolute best spot in the city to unplug and spend a few hours. The facility is always impeccably clean, and the profiting of phones in the common areas is such a nice change of speed. Make sure to arrive at least an hour early to enjoy the water relaxation area before your treatment!
Me and my husband had a great time. I’ve been here a total of two times now, we had the Vichy shower. He had the rain man and I had the lavender one. The massage therapists were great. Only complaint that I have is that they took away the granola bars. I was looking forward to those. It’s also time to replace the water containers around the facility. The absolute best spa; exceeded expectations.
Overall everyone was very friendly and kind and professional and the massage was top tier and the amenities were awesome . I do want to come again, but I do request that changes be made so that the place can feel more inclusive and welcoming of all women, especially black women. For example, it would be great to have grooming product options in the bathroom which are not only formulated or designed for white women but also for black women.
