I absolutely endorse Kohler in Costa Mesa. They did a fantastic job helping me and my wife select all of our beautiful faucets sinks., Bathtubs shower doors I mean, you name it they have it. I even got Bluetooth speakers for my shower that bang like as if I’m in a nightclub. That’s in my shower I mean it’s too much fun. A lot of support a few mistakes they made right 100% and I’m just very happy. I spent my money to remake my five bathrooms over there. It’s the right price for the best quality
Everyone at the Costa Mesa store is so helpful…including Tina, Jaime and Monica! It makes such a difference to see things in person and have personalized help!
I spent around $6k on 2 vanities at the Costa Mesa location. Jaime was our sales rep and he told us we could return/exchange them within 90 days. About 75 days later, I called him because I needed to exchange the unused and unopened vanities for the size I needed. He then told me there are no exchanges or returns on the vanities but I could place an order for 2 more vanities with the correct size. I do not need 4 overpriced vanities. Dominik spent several hours helping us find everything we need for our remodeling projects.
