This review is for Dominik Metzl of the Kohler Costa Mesa. There are some poor reviews for this store but I can assure you, if you get Dominik in your corner, you will not regret it. The amount of stress involved in remodeling 4 bathrooms is too crazy, but Dominik made the process that much more bearable. Tina provided exemplary customer service, starting with the design process all the way through delivery. Three bathrooms and a kitchen--all Kohler faucets, shower sets, sinks, a tub, toilets, mirrors. I felt supported all the way--thanks, Tina!
Had great experiences at both Kohler stores, Brea & Costa Mesa. Staff is professional, knowledgeable, helpful & friendly. I appreciated the one-on-one service in their stylish showrooms. You feel relaxed and not rushed at all, they are not pushy or try to upsale.The best part is that the prices are the same as the home improvement chains or online!
