Patrick was very helpful, responsive and engaged. Made the process of getting a replacement faucet for our kitchen a breeze.
We worked with Jessica and Christeen to select the fixtures we wanted for our bathroom remodel. But all of the staff we encountered were very professional and friendly. The displays are well laid out and the staff extremely knowledgeable. They helped us to develop our design, devoting a lot of time to us without having an appointment. We’d feel comfortable recommending them to others and encourage you to explore there. The pricing was spot on as well, not marked up like other supply houses we visited.

We put our faith in Jean Grace’s expertise and the results were amazing! She turned our tired 1980’s pink bathroom that came with our house purchase into a stunning modern bathroom which will undoubtedly add value to the property. We’ll be doing two more next year and Jean will be our first stop!
Buyers beware! Kohler is no longer the upstanding company that they used to be. Four years ago we remodeled two bathrooms and purchased 2 Kohler medicine cabinets with embedded lights in the doors. We have always bought Kohler products feeling that they were a superior brand and worth the higher price than other popular brands. We had both cabinets professionally installed but recently, the lights in the larger unit, K-99009-TLC, failed and we have concerns that the other smaller cabinet of similar design may eventually fail... read more
