I had a wonderful experience at the Kohler store in Framingham. The showroom is beautifully laid out and easy to navigate, making the design process smooth and enjoyable. My designer, Diana, was incredibly knowledgeable about the products and provided expert guidance throughout. She was consistently responsive to all my questions and helped me work through any challenges with professionalism and care. Highly recommend!
I walked into the show room today, was the only customer there...with 5 sales associates sitting at their desks. I was there for 25 minutes and not ONE person lifted their head to say hello. I wasn't expecting help necessarily, I know you need an appointment for that, but a simple hello and acknowledgement...I was very put off by this. I even started doing loops just to see if anyone would notice me.

Patrick was very helpful, responsive and engaged. Made the process of getting a replacement faucet for our kitchen a breeze.
We worked with Jessica and Christeen to select the fixtures we wanted for our bathroom remodel. But all of the staff we encountered were very professional and friendly. The displays are well laid out and the staff extremely knowledgeable. They helped us to develop our design, devoting a lot of time to us without having an appointment. We’d feel comfortable recommending them to others and encourage you to explore there. The pricing was spot on as well, not marked up like other supply houses we visited.
