These people need to pay a better living wage to their contractors. A piece of shiny metal is not worth more then a persons dignity....
Unprofessional. Customer service ZERO. I don’t have kitchen and running water for more than a week because you guys messed up my order. After waiting for more than a week you delivered DAMAGED cabinet. On the top of that, when I asked for discount, your manager was extremely rude acting like it’s my fault for spending $2000 on your low quality damaged cabinets.
RecommendedI can’t say enough about Carrie, my designer at Studio 41 in Naperville. She listened to what I was looking for and designed a beautiful kitchen for me. She thought of the small details that I never would have considered and helped me purchase the perfect cabinets, countertops, tile, etc. I wouldn’t change a thing. She was amazing to work with! I’m loving my new kitchen!

I tried going to the website after seeing the commercial on tv. Website is not working. After seeing all these negative comments I won't be visiting.
Terrible experience with our kitchen that we ordered with Studio41 and Waypoint as the manufacturer. The white kitchen came in all shades of white, yellow, chipped paint, missing paint, just terrible for the money we had paint. We complained to the sales person, manufacturer and manager and they would not admit the responsibility. Have to take this issue to higher level as after dealing with them over email for the past 6months I can’t wait anymore. Highly NOT recommending Studio41 or Waypoint manufacturer. The worst of the worst. We had blinds installed throughout our home and the installers stole a few pieces of my jewelry and damaged a wall leaving a large hole. Since then, they will not return my calls and refuse to allow me to speak to a manager.
