Kitchen remodel and decided to visit the store to learn more about the products and place and order. Upon my arrival, staff was cold, uninviting and completely unengaged. I had to seek help despite there being 4 representatives in the store and no other customers. The representative Ali made me feel like I was beneath being served. I spent $14,059.26 at this store and my experience has been less than desirable. I placed my order on November 15 and was told everything was available to ship but a few items would have to be shipped direct from kohler in Wisconsin. They knew the timeline for my contractor for my bathroom remodel to include when I needed the items by. I was told not to worry that they would have all my items to me in time. Ordered a toilet on 10/7/24 and was told it would ship on 10/25. Heard nothing and called the store in mid-November. I was told it would now ship in late November. Heard nothing again and called the store on 12/4 and was told it would ship in two weeks. No one has ever called me, apologized for delay, etc. and acted as if I was inconveniencing them for questioning why it takes over two months to get a pretty standard item.
