We had a whole house renovated. A lot of hardware for three bathrooms, kitchen and bar. Jennifer Madrid is superb in paying attention to many details, macthing the right color and texture, and style. When issues arise, Jennifer is quick in finding the right solution. Jennifer is responsibve and professional. I highly recommend Keller Supply and go look for Jennifer. She will take care of all your hardware needs much like a project manager will do.
I recently had a disappointing experience with a store where I attempted to make a purchase. The salesperson I worked with demonstrated a lack of responsiveness and failed to follow up on my inquiries in a timely manner. Went to the store in person and had a salesman pick me two toilets and two 100% compatible bidets that can be delivered the quickest. Sales person assured me his choice will be delivered in 3-5 days. A month later after multiple calls and broken delivery promises I went to the warehouse and picked up the order that no one even tried to deliver.
