Went to the store in person and had a salesman pick me two toilets and two 100% compatible bidets that can be delivered the quickest. Sales person assured me his choice will be delivered in 3-5 days. A month later after multiple calls and broken delivery promises I went to the warehouse and picked up the order that no one even tried to deliver. Brandon has been outstanding to work with (fast/responsive, great understanding of products, insightful on likely customer needs). If you are considering a bathroom / shower update or design you should go here and ask to work with Brandon. Fantastic customer service and will be a repeat customer.
The young lady who works here is incredibly helpful and went out of her way to explain how I could go about getting a replacement part for our shower head. I felt it necessary to call the same out in the wake of some of the negative reviews here.
