Took a friend there today and Cara was very very helpful. Her input was essential for my friend making a final decision on what kitchen sink to purchase. A welcoming establishment!
I spent Monday going to six plumbing fixture shops, from very high end to very low end. Both Stephanie and Todd were very friendly and welcoming, but Stephanie was the one who helped me. My experience at this store was easily the worst I've encountered in retail. I was in search of a specific fitting for an extra bathroom and I was shown few options. But salesperson’s attitude changed when I showed a photo of the bathroom. According to them, my 1995 built home was too old for their products. When I mentioned the possibility of future remodeling, the response was not only unprofessional but also derogatory, implying I'd need to win the lottery to afford such changes.
