Naomi at the Kohler Store in Portland helped me pick out a sink and faucet for our kitchen renovation and gave me so many little tips I wouldn't have thought of. We got quartzite countertops and she steered me towards the sea salt color of the cast iron sink, indicating it would go well with the natural stone and she was right - it is perfect with it!! Google says it's open, website attached doesn't exist. Show up to the store Saturday in it's open hours and several people are outside calling the store to no avail. It's just closed without notice or information. Hours are literally 9-5 Monday through Friday it's like they don't want anyone coming to this place.

I spent Monday going to six plumbing fixture shops, from very high end to very low end. Both Stephanie and Todd were very friendly and welcoming, but Stephanie was the one who helped me. Unlike anyone at the other shops, she took the time to really understand what I was looking for, then demonstrated excellent product line knowledge by immediately showing me a faucet that precisely met my specifications.
