Working with Erica at the Lake Forest location has been a great experience. She is very knowledgeable and has great design skills. Highly recommend working with her on any home remodeling projects.

Erica Prince helped us select a variety of sinks, toilets and fixtures for our kitchen and bathroom remodel, and she was just brilliant. She knows the Kohler line intimately and was able to guide us very ably through our selection of models and finishes that fit our home and our preferences. Erica is a pleasure to work with!
You have to make absolutely sure what you buy from this particular store is compatible with your own setup. Take it from my experience. I wasn't sure so I asked them specifically if returns are accepted and Stephen Gomer assured me that as long as I have the receipt and the item in it's original condition I can return it. I then asked him if returns are be accepted after install. He said "Again, as long as you have the receipt I don't see why not" Well not only the showerhead didn't work, it sprays water on the back. Meika greeted us when we walked in, then let us browse without hovering. When we had questions, alot of them, she knew Everything, way more helpful than anything I could find online. We were after a unique finish that’s not in every product line, and she nailed it with the right products and trims. She made sure it was all delivered in time for our plumber to rough-in. The plumber was stoked to see everything was KOHLER — solid stuff that’s built to last.
