We came in just to look at a faucet and ended up buying almost everything we needed for our bathroom renovation. Lydia made the process so easy, she explained prices, lead times, and even showed us tile options we didn’t know they carried. What could have been stressful turned into the smoothest part of our project. The showroom is just beautiful. Highlyrecommend!
I ordered a part here. Order was not only late, it got completely lost, reordered, and it’s still not delivered. Without me asking all the time for an update I would get zero information. On top, you can’t call this store, you always get routed to their corporate hotline.
My husband and I enjoyed visiting the Kohler store in Sterling a couple of weeks ago. Everything is beautifully displayed and the team that works there is very friendly and helpful. Especially Vincent, who could not have been more accommodating and professional. He was a total pleasure to deal with!
I had some time to waste at a nearby store and decided to check out the Kohler store. The showroom staff is very accommodating and friendly even though I didn't buy anything. Beautiful fixtures and a great inviting atmosphere!
