I bought one of thier toilets , and the box says no more clogs period. I've had it for about 6 days and I've clogged it 3 times. Kohler stood behind it and reimburse me the money I spent on it. My old toilet i may of had 3 clogs in a year. Now I have to go and buy a new toilet again I can't put up with this every time. I used a bidet so I dont use hardly any toilet paper. I gave it a 1 star because of the look of it.
I’m not sure if this is where I leave the review but I had a salesman come to my home and he was amazing. I love Kohler products, I had a horrible experience with the previous bathroom company renovations now out of mt. Clemins,0 MI. and they wanted to charge over $35,000. This company is reasonably priced for a new bathroom. I can’t wait until I get my new bathroom. Best company and products on the market. If you want a good experience, go with Kohler
Our experience with the Kohler Signature Store was excellent. In additional to beautiful, high-quality products, Ali Bazzi – our Sales Design Consultant – provided exceptional customer service, design advice and proactive suggestions to help keep us on time and on budget (all in a very timely manner). Ali really went 'above and beyond'. We cannot wait to receive all our Kohler products and install our dream bathrooms! Thank you Ali and team! Highly recommend.
