very helpful salesperson excellent display of product line
I've been searching for months for a suction drain stopper for my Kohler jacuzzi tub. I went to a Kohler warehouse in Saginaw, Mi. The showroom had closed their doors years ago. Irina, in the warehouse tried to help me but she said that I needed a model #, which I didn't have. After locating a showroom in Birmingham, MI, I drove an hour and a half to see if I might be able to get some help. I bought one of thier toilets , and the box says no more clogs period. I've had it for about 6 days and I've clogged it 3 times. Kohler stood behind it and reimburse me the money I spent on it. My old toilet i may of had 3 clogs in a year. Now I have to go and buy a new toilet again I can't put up with this every time. I used a bidet so I dont use hardly any toilet paper. I gave it a 1 star because of the look of it.
I’m not sure if this is where I leave the review but I had a salesman come to my home and he was amazing. I love Kohler products, I had a horrible experience with the previous bathroom company renovations now out of mt. Clemins,0 MI. and they wanted to charge over $35,000. This company is reasonably priced for a new bathroom. I can’t wait until I get my new bathroom. Best company and products on the market. If you want a good experience, go with Kohler
