Big thanks to Keith Rothstein at the Kohler Edina store for his outstanding help in tracking down our original order from way back in 2018. Thanks to Keith we were able to get the correct replacement cartridge part number without paying a plumber to get into the wall to check the parts. Also, a shoutout to Kohler's customer support line. They quickly opened a ticket and arranged to send us a free replacement part under their lifetime warranty. We Had a great experience working with Reagan Ganis at Edina store. She was very helpful with questions and advice.
The showroom is beautiful, the inventory is vast and the products are so nice. However the Kohler team members could care less about helping us. Two gentleman where on their computers and did not seem interested in helping us at all. We’ve been to other Kohler showrooms and have had a totally different experience. We will not be going back. Unfortunately.
