Ordered a toilet over the phone as I needed same day, confirmed multiple times that it was the standard height and not the chair height one. It's now installed and clearly taller than standard, measured and it is indeed the chair height. Really really upset as this was an excessively expensive rear plumbed toilet and salesperson lied to me.
We are very pleased working with Kohler. They have a beautiful showroom! Zorana and her team offer top tier service, and focus on the small details so everything looks great.

Without out question the worst fake Kohler I’ve ever worked with. Let’s be clear, per Kohler this store just pays a fee to use the name. Katie is the single least qualified sales person I have dealt with in nearly 100,000,000 in property builds. Couldn’t get 1 phone called returned. Products sent were incomplete missing major functional properties. The most startling thing was how bad their customer service was.
