Wonderful experience at the Kohler store with Travis. We recently renovated 2 bathrooms and purchased all of our bathroom hardware, we particularly love the rain shower set up in the master which Travis helped us design. Also after service has been excellent, highly recommend working direct with them v's a big box store.
Travis Bailey is the kind of person you hope to find when you’re deep in a renovation. He helped us select all of our bathroom fixtures and never missed a beat when things shifted along the way, whether that was damaged material, last-minute changes, or just needing to rethink a decision. He showed up for us even on his day off, which says everything about the kind of person he is. What started as a professional relationship has turned into a genuine friendship. Grateful to have had him in our corner for this project!
