A detail most should know is you can go directly to Moore’s supply and buy the item you want at wholesale. They don’t tell you in the store until after you purchase whatever products that they have to be picked up at another location and that is inconvenient. The sales folx are nice and Sure, commission based, therefore it makes sense…we all have to eat.
Had the best experience working with Travis! I highly recommend working with him, he made picking out fixtures so fun, easy and quick. We were on a time crunch and he helped us get everything so quickly. Definitely the easiest part of our home remodel so far. Can’t wait to work with him in the future!
Don’t order from the showroom. You’re better off ordering directly online. Horrible communication. Never received any sort of emails from them. No shipping info. No tracking. The sink I bought ended up being back ordered, so we ordered a different one, of lesser value. They owed me a partial refund. It took me calling Patty a couple times over 5 days to get the refund done. Our experience was not very good. Our salesperson was very rushed and added the wrong items to our order. We had to call to have it corrected, and never received any type of updated invoice or order details. We still have no receipt for our $4000+ payment. We were clear about the timing of our project, but there was no follow up and the vanity we selected will be delivered about 6-7 weeks after our order was placed.
