I've been working with Patty for a good part of the past year for our master bathroom reno. I'm so grateful to her! She was so helpful when I was making selections for all the things. Patty has been in the industry for years and is very knowledgeable and kind. Their Saturday hours are very convenient. The products are such good quality and the ordering process is super straightforward. Products come out of their warehouse near Metric Blvd and my contractor could pick them up.
If you need Kohler fixtures, make sure to talk to Carolyn as she is very knowledgeable!
I had a complicated situation that Kohler, and Patty from the Kohler Signature Store at Austin help a lot to aliviate. I ordered a bath sliding door, without realizing that model has a limited opening, and with our low bathtub, we discovered after the installation it's won't be comfortable to use. A detail most should know is you can go directly to Moore’s supply and buy the item you want at wholesale. They don’t tell you in the store until after you purchase whatever products that they have to be picked up at another location and that is inconvenient. The sales folx are nice and Sure, commission based, therefore it makes sense…we all have to eat.
