I stayed way longer than I should in hopes that change was really coming to only realize that the same people was manipulating and controlling the environment. I'm thankful for the experience but I pray a job like that never finds me again.
When arrive, GATE 1 go AROUND THE CONSTRUCTION TO THE RIGHT AND GO TO STOP SIGN. Then walk all the way back to guard shack. Sign in window EXTREMELY difficult to read. Needs to be DARKER LETTERS so we can see and read. After check in at shack, make sure have a 54 check in number. Then go to Driver Check in. I was there near 4 hours. I don't know about you, but I go to other companies and they load a COMPLTETE TRAILER IN 30 MIN. Top to bottom. Why are these other companies so SLOW. Dear Managers I’m writing to formally express my concern regarding the extremely unprofessional and disrespectful behavior of the individual currently stationed at Gate 1. This person displayed a rude and arrogant attitude, showing a complete lack of empathy, basic manners, and respect for drivers.
