First time here, check in with security at gate 1. They were in the process of doing a shift change so I got to interact with both the morning and afternoon guards. All friendly, polite and professional. Went through the gate and checked in at shipping/receiving. Friendly and professional in there as well. Drop trailer, disconnect, park out of the way. They call you when you're loaded.
They shipped a broken shower wall and refuse to work with me in any way.
Slow
I stayed way longer than I should in hopes that change was really coming to only realize that the same people was manipulating and controlling the environment. I'm thankful for the experience but I pray a job like that never finds me again.
When arrive, GATE 1 go AROUND THE CONSTRUCTION TO THE RIGHT AND GO TO STOP SIGN. Then walk all the way back to guard shack. Sign in window EXTREMELY difficult to read. Needs to be DARKER LETTERS so we can see and read. After check in at shack, make sure have a 54 check in number. Then go to Driver Check in. I was there near 4 hours. I don't know about you, but I go to other companies and they load a COMPLTETE TRAILER IN 30 MIN. Top to bottom. Why are these other companies so SLOW.
