Got here at 6:12am it’s currently 3:26 pm and I’m still here. Went inside to check to see what’s the hold up they say trailer is still being loaded. Avoid coming here at all cost.
From 10 AM to 5 PM to get loaded this place is a crap avoid this place.
Guys this company is joke ,I have live load check in 12:30 after 5 hours they tell me not ready yet they collecting load and have to wait 2,3 hours more avoid this company at all cost ,if you like loosing hours you welcome
After check in at shack, make sure have a 56 check in number. Then go to Driver Check in. This is my 2nd time here : I don't know about you, but I go to other companies and they load a COMPLTETE TRAILER IN 30 MIN. Top to bottom. Why are these other companies so SLOW. Time is against us drivers, and miles are money. You need to get your act together and get trucks loaded. Service, service, service. Now I know why I don't buy Kohler. Shame on you Kohler. Load those trucks in better time. Plan to take a nice LONG nap here.
