I have used them for many years, lately, it seems we can not get out awning installed when we requested. We sent in the mailer card asking them for the first of April. On the 15th I call and they said it will be next week. Today the 28th, they said well we have 1000 customers. (Wow I guess just get in line.) If they do not install it this week they will have 999 customers.
