Terrible Service!! I had a very disappointing experience with threading and waxing services at Khoobsurat Salon on De Anza Boulevard. I have visited this salon a couple of times before, and while my earlier visits were acceptable, today’s experience was extremely concerning. After an upper lip waxing session, my skin started burning intensely. It appears that the top layer of my skin may have been removed, and I am worried about potential scarring. The people working here are good at their job. But the management seems to be poor . They refuse customers 40 minutes before closing because there’s only one person working at the salon. Something needs to be done about that. Closing early would be better than turning away customers who drive through traffic to reach the salon.
Went for facial and waxing and gurpreet did an amazing job her massage is skill is absolutely phenomenal I’d love to come back for my future services definitely recommended the staff is very nice and helpful
