My experience working for this company as a Sales Representative. If you are not South-Asian, the chances of having a chance to grow and move up within the company is almost zero, heck you barely have a chance to get hired by this company if you are not South-Asian. I think they don't know how to do sales that why they are so insecure that Their employees just disturb the other people or specifically other sales representative ( from other companies) asking about their sales, salaries and all , thinking they are so smart that no body knows . They should get taught from their leaders to be ethical , mind their own business, try to do sales rather than asking random sales representatives their sales numbers and salaries .
