The lady who answered the phones today seemed to be confused about many things. Simple things such as the office location, what insurances the office accepts, if they are or are not taking new patients. Things someone answering the phones at a medical center should know. She also seemed to remember this information when speaking to my insurance representative. I called Koger Dermatology to make an appointment. The woman that answered the phone said she had an appointment available like June 4th at 1:30. Where I said “actually I work till 2 pm so anytime 2:20 or after”. So she gives me a date in late June, 3:00PM. So I said that date actually falls on my birthday so I would rather not do that date.
