Through an affiliate, KZF Venture Group LLC, it listed for rent a dated townhome. Its people were really nice and especially the owner's son, who's exactly like mine! I was so in awe when he spoke; they could have been voice-twins, right down to the tempo of their speech and word choice. Such is their generation! But back to the dated townhome. The unspecified property should have been listed after more refreshing and renovating in order to justify its proposed rent. Finding the right mix of offerings is always tough in rent... read more
